These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any products from Reborn Dimension. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any attempt to change or supplement this document will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement by both you and Reborn Dimension. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time at Reborn Dimension's sole discretion. The section headings below are for reference only. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.
Definitions:
"Reborn Dimension", "we", "us" and/or "our" mean: Reborn Dimension.
"You" or "your" mean: the individual or organization on the invoice.
Product Descriptions
Reborn Dimension attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Reborn Dimension does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Reborn Dimension is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Reborn Dimension itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Payment Terms:
Advertised prices are in U.S. dollars and unless otherwise noted, exclude shipping, handling and any taxes that may be imposed where you reside. Terms of payment are within Reborn Dimension's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Reborn Dimension, payment must be received by Reborn Dimension before Reborn Dimension's acceptance of an order. Reborn Dimension may invoice parts of an order separately. Reborn Dimension is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by Reborn Dimension and we reserve the unilateral right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price or Suggested Price displayed for products on any Reborn Dimension represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price or Suggested Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price or Suggested Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.
With respect to items sold by Reborn Dimension, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Reborn Dimension is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Electronic Communication
When you use any Reborn Dimension service, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, text, or by posting notices and messages on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Shipping and Risk:
Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier used by Reborn Dimension is Reborn Dimension's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier used by you is your responsibility. Shipping dates are estimates. You must notify Reborn Dimension of damaged or missing items from your order within seven (7) calendar days after you receive your product.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your purchase up to 48 hours after order has been placed.
Return Policy:
You may return Reborn Dimension products purchased from Reborn Dimension in accordance with Reborn Dimension's Return Policy, see below. Please keep in mind that you must contact us directly before you attempt to return the product and must return the product to us in its original or equivalent packaging.
Limitation of Liability:
Reborn Dimension does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use, for corrupted or lost data/software. Reborn Dimension will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other special, indirect or punitive damages, even if informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by a third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Reborn Dimension is not responsible for any amount of damages above the original dollar amount you paid for the purchase.
Software:
All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package you receive from Reborn Dimension. You agree to be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken. Title to software remains with the licensor of the software. Reborn Dimension does not warrant any software.
Product/Service Offerings:
Reborn Dimension continually upgrades and revises its offerings. Reborn Dimension may revise and discontinue products at any time without prior notice to customers. Reborn Dimension will ship products that have the same or better functionality and performance of the products ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet are possible. The parts and assemblies used in building Reborn Dimension products are selected from new parts. Spare parts may be new or like-new.
Not for Resale:
You agree that you are buying Reborn Dimension products for your own use and not for resale.
Trademark:
You will not register or use any Internet domain name that contains an Reborn Dimension trademark or trade name in whole or part or any other name that is confusingly similar.
